MR. DAQUAN MANQUAIL CARELOCK
On March 6, 2021, God called His Angel, Daquan Manquail Carelock “Lul Man” home. He was born on June 17, 2000 in Union County, NC to the late Frankie Carelock and Maketta (Kelvin) Jackson. “Lul” attended Anson County Schools and was employed at Tyson Foods in Monroe, NC. He was very family oriented and very humble. He loved to be around his family, laugh, joke and share his memorable moments. He was a loving and devoted son, father, brother, and friend. He was very protective over the people he loved. He always wore a smile. He had plans to become a better man for his kids. He was preceded in death by his father, Frankie Carelock, his sister, Destiny Carelock, and his grandfather, Willie J. Willoughby. He leaves to cherish his loving memories his kids, Kylee Carelock and Karter Leak; His mother, Maketta (Kelvin) Jackson; two sisters, Brooklyn Smith and Kelisha Jackson; one brother, Kelvin Jackson Jr.; grandparents, Mary L. Willoughby and Solomon (Virginia) Pickett. Six uncles, Mike Smith, Bryant Gainey, Tony (Donetta) Carelock, Chris (Tamara) Carelock, Donald (Veronica) Carelock, and Alfred Cash. Two aunts, Mary (Lumas) Grace and Brandy Smith. The mother of his kids, Mya Leak. Special cousins, Kelila Willoughby and Jamal Smith. A host of special friends he called family, Q, Snap, Jolan, Jolan, CC, DT, Dirt, Bop-B, LJ, Trick, Ant, Toot and Trell.
The Memorial Services will be on Saturday, March 20, 2021, 3:00pm in the Chapel of Smith’s Funeral Home, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. The Family Visitation will be on Saturday, March 20, 2021 from 2:30-3:00pm in the Chapel of Smith's Funeral Home.
Covid-19 protocols are in effect. Masks and face coverings are required by all attendees. Temperature checks upon entrance into the service.

Out of 21 years of my life I never knew that I would have to say my last good bye to my favorite cousin LL Quan I love you and will miss u so much we grew up together went to school together and everything lord knows I wish this was a dream but continue to rest we love u form the Ingram family.
