Obituary For Ms. Patsy Ann Palmer
Funeral services for Ms. Patsy Ann Palmer, 60, of Santee, SC, will be held Saturday, 11:00am, January 4, 2025, at Rock Hill AME Church, Vance, SC, with interment to follow at Island Cemetery, Santee, SC. Rev. Dr. Jimmy Ravenell Sr. is officiating.
Ms. Palmer will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
Ms. Palmer passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024.
Visitation will be held Friday, January 3, 2025, from 11am - 6pm, at Simmons Funeral Home, Santee, SC.

Ms.Pasty was a very loving person, I many days when I came into work and her would talk about everything especially when I had my bad days when I just need to talk to someone about I was going through and she will always give great advise and words of encouragement. I can the most recent help I got from was back when school started and needed to buy school clothes and didn't really had to much to do it with. She Cassaundra go ahead and sign up after pay so you can them kids clothes for and that really did went through for me and I was get my kids the things they needed for, So yes she was truly a blessing to me and will never forget her.
