Frank and Franklin, I send sincere condolences. I love you both. Aunt Bernice, You were a truly mighty woman of God. Now you are finding rest in his perfect peace. I found joy in the last time we spoke in hearing the stories you shared. As you were welcomed into his kingdom with open arms by your brothers, and sisters, I know my Grandma was the first one to greet you.

Thank you Ms. Hook for everything you did for me and taught me. I wish that we could have had some luncheons or shopped for a nice hat but we would talk on the phone. As your daughter-in-law, l appreciated our last conversation not very long ago. I lost my mother in 2000 so l can say that Charles, Frank, and Franklin were blessed to have you. You always seemed to present it and and wear it all so well. Thank you again for everything Ms. Hook, you left your love and mark on many.
Frank and Franklin my deepest sympathy. Aunt Bernice was a might woman of God. Now she is finally marching up to Zion with all her siblings especially with my grandma Lillie.
Senior Elder Bernice Hook was a sweet saint of God. I've know her for many years and we enjoyed Holy Convocations and our local church services at the Bible Way Church of Atlas Road. She was a joy to know and I will certainly miss her. Take your rest in the arms of the Lord, my friend. I'll see you in the morning. Mother Rose Ann English
My friend, Sr. Elder Bernice Hook, I will miss you, but I know you are at peace resting in the arms of our Savior. Family be encouraged and walk in her legacy! She loved the Lord and desired that unbelievers would turn to Jesus Christ - rest in Psalm 23 and John 14:1-14. Sr. Elder Shirley Biggs, adopted daughter.
