So sorry for the loss of Dr. Brown. He was a wonderful teacher at Edisto for so many years. My prayers of peace to his family during this difficult time.

I remember Dr. Brown as my ninth grade music teacher at Edisto High School, well over 20 yrs ago. He was a firm and no nonsense individual, but also funny, passionate and warm at the same time. He was willing to go out of his way to help anyone, and especially his students. Truly sorry to hear of his passing. My deepest condolences go out to his family and loved ones at this time.

Dr.Brown was my music teach most of my time at Edisto. He taught me in elementary school music and Edisto High School Music and he will be sadly missed...

Jerome was a wonderful person, I remember singing or trying to stay on key as he directed the choir at St Paul Baptist Church what beautiful memories. He will be missed. I was grateful to see him in September at my mom's home going service. Rest in Peace my brother!
