Mrs.Smyer! You will definitely be missed!
I'm so sorry for your loss. Smyre was one of my favorite patients at West End and Laurel Park Dialysis. I will miss the talks we use to have in the mornings and all the great laughs. I went out on medical leave thinking you would be here when I returned. You still thought of me and sent me a beautiful card. We will deeply miss you Mrs. Smyre, your Laurel Park family. 🩷
