You and Mark was my daddy's closest friend. Your family was the first people we met when we moved to Richmond. A second family seen I was in kindergarten. We love you Mr. Vic and I know that you, my daddy and mother is sitting at the table playing a hand of spades and looking down at the beautiful children you raised.

Mr. Vic was the first person we met when our family moved to Richmond. He was the reason my father transferred to Richmond. I found a letter he wrote our family when my father, his great friend passed away. In my father's voice, He was a "warrior!" Thank you Mr. Vic for all of your kind words and love for our family. We will never forget you.
Love Tangy & Family
