Obituary For Sylvester Ford, Jr.
Sylvester Ford Jr., 84, of Glen Allen, departed this life October 17, 2024. He was preceded in death by his mother Willianna Ford father Sylvester Ford, Sr., his wife Irene W. Ford, son, Kenard E. Ford, sisters Mary F. Harris, and Margaret F. Barnes. Surviving are his three daughters Kendra Coffey (Freddie), Sybil Ford (Hector), and Crystal Hughes; one son Sylvester L. Ford (Tandra); five grandchildren, one great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Monday, October 28 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Tuesday, October 29 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Interment Virginia Veterans Cemetery Amelia.
