Mary Kathleen Valentine, 96, of Richmond, died November 18, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Valentine and daughter, Linda Diane Valentine. Surviving are three sons, Johnnie J., Randall W. (Sharon) and Keith B. Valentine; 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews; devoted niece, Kathy Cofield; two sisters-in-law, Betty and Shirley Hopkins; devoted friend, Gloria Washington; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will held Monday, November 25 form 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 26 at Westwood Baptist Church, 915 Glenburnie Road. Rev. Michael Lomax, officiating. Interment Westwood Baptist Church Cemetery on Quioccasin Road.

To Keith Valentine and family. I am sorry for the passing of your mother. She was a wonderful, beautiful and loving woman. When we went to visit her, she always had a smile for us.
