Family, the Lord is with you all the time. Ms. Franis was a wonderful neighbor and friend. Always kept you in laughter and good spirit. Always walked up the block to talk to my wife and I when outside. I will miss sitting on her porch talking with her. She kept the faith so I know she is in the arms of the Lord, resting in peace. No more pain or suffering of this lifetime. Rest-on Ms. Franis! Love Always Kelly and Faye
