Obituary For King Leonard Johnson
King L. Johnson, 80, of Hanover, died June11, 2024. Surviving are his wife, Sandra C. Johnson; five daughters, Carmen Thornton (Wayne), Latrice Carter (Kumar), Brandi Lancaster, Stefani Lancaster and Kimberli Howerton (Trevor); son, Kenbert Johnson; seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren; devoted cousin, Dorothy “Lisa” Turner; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Thursday, June 20 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, June 21 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Dr. Kirkland Walton, officiating. Rev. Carmen Thornton, eulogist. Interment Virginia Veterans Cemetery Amelia.
