Betty Burgin Jackson, 87, of Richmond departed this life July 29, 2023. Surviving are her devoted daughter, Vashti A. Clarke (Quinn), of Kenbridge, Va.; two granddaughters, Amber Hughes and Jade Wilson (Shaun); great-grandson, Quill Wilson, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd, where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday August 8, 2023. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday August 9, at Fifth Street Baptist Church, 2800 Third Ave. Rev. F. Todd Gray, officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
