Patricia Elaine Demps Brundage was born in Lowndes County, GA on August 29, 1968 to Mary Demps Turner and L J Roberts. She departed this life on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at her home in Thomasville, GA. She was a graduate of Valdosta High School and was employed by Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, GA.
Patricia’s love and devotion to her family was displayed in many ways. She also gave great advice and was not shy about telling them exactly how things were in life. These life lessons gave them the motivation they have today. She was very proud of her grandchildren and enjoyed learning about their accomplishments.
Patricia was also a devoted daughter. She would regularly bring her mother to Valdosta to assist in the caregiving of her grandmother, Lizzie Daniels and great aunt, Leila Robinson. She also assisted in the caregiving of her great aunt when her mother brought her to live with them in Thomasville after the death of her grandmother.
Patricia was proceeded in death by her grandparents, Charlie Jack and Lizzie Daniels; aunts, Maggie Gates, Mary Demps, and Shirley Morrison; and cousins Nathan Gates and Santana Arnold.
She will forever be in the hearts of her sons, Cedric Hatten (Adrianna) of Marshfield, MA and Derrick Donaldson (Denise Day) of Battle Creek, MI; husband, Jermaine Brundage of Thomasville, GA; her mother, Mary Turner (Albert) of Thomasville, GA; father, L J Roberts of Valdosta, GA; grandchildren, C J Hatten, Valencia Hatten, Kobe Donaldson, and Kali Donaldson; brothers, Ellis Roundtree, Jr. (Chelsea), Anthony Rountree (Tinka), Luther Roberts, Jr.; sisters, Annette Roberts, Latonya Roberts, and Shalonda Scruggs; great aunt, Leila Robinson, great uncle, Jack Demps; uncles Charles Demps (Margurite), Robert Demps (Deborah), Theodore Demps ( Lynette James) and Hattie Fortnee (Woodrow); best friends, Deidre Roundtree, Glenda Scott, Bertha Elmas; family friends, Ellis Roundtree, Sr. (Judy); neighbor, Lucille Lovejoy and a host of relatives and friends.
