Mother Fannie B. Jones grace this world on March 26, 1933 and transition to her Heavenly home on March 28, 2024.
She was born to the late Mr. Judge White and Mother Hattie Mae White Williams in Montezuma Georgia. She attended school in Macon County. She later moved to Valdosta where she met and married Louis Jones to this union four children was born.
She begin her Christian journey at the age of sixteen in Florida, after moving to Valdosta she joined Mt. Arrey Holiness Church and Gethsemane Holiness Church under the leadership of Elder Nixon, she also joined Pray Temple Holiness under the leadership the late Bishop Clarence Wells.
She was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband Deacon Louis Jones and her only son Carlton Louis Jones.
She leaves to cherish her memories: five daughters: Phyllis Laurry (Melit) of Valdosta, Ga., Sabrina Morice of Palm Bay, FL., Cynthia Walker of Valdosta, Ga., Olivia Jones of Valdosta, Ga., and Valarie Frink of Douglasville, Ga.; sixteen grandchildren: Melit Laurry, II (Daniella), Jason Morice, Jenson Morice both of Palm Bay, Fl., Tavaris, Marvin, Paris, Sadeβ, Robin, Crystal Howell (Terrence), Chelsea, Fanitra, and Sam; thirteen great- grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; two god children: Tameka Phillips and Shayla Bell; and a host of many nieces, nephews, family and friends
Home going service for Mother Fannie B. Jones will be held on Saturday, April 6 at 1:00 P. M. at The Church at Pinehill and Rev. Bunion is the pastor. Burial will follow in the Pallbearer Cemetery.
