Deacon Flannigan attended Trinity Missionary Baptist Church in Tucson, Arizona and served as the Chairman of the Deacon Board for many years.
He married Katherine Roberts on January 25, 1954. He retired from The City of Tucson in 1992 upon his retirement; he relocated to Valdosta, Georgia with his beautiful wife.
He jointed River Hill Missionary Baptist Church where served on the Deacon Board until his demise.
He was preceded in death by his father Felix Flannigan; mother Lucille Flannigan Jones; brothers Eddie B. Flannigan, George Edward Flannigan and F. L. Flannigan; sister Mary Katherine Jenkins,
He leaves to cherish his memories, his beautiful wife of 70 years Katherine Flannigan; 8 children Curtis Flannigan (Venita), Wesley Flannigan (Drusilla), Joyce Rosette (Reverend Rosette), Felix Flannigan, Tony Flannigan (Katie), Judy Flannigan, Charles Flannigan (Gloria) and Tiffany Graham (Neal); one sister Joan Hall (Robert) and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Home going service for Deacon Charlie Mack Flannigan will be held on Saturday, April 20 at 11:00 A. M. at River Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Troope is the pastor and will be officiating, burial will follow in the Pallbearer Cemetery.

The Green family children... was raise right across the Road some was Macks age and and other was younger...but we all was there. so, to the family his wife and children, and to his little Sister JO ANN.
