Albert Roberts was born January 26, 1963 to the late Horace Roberts and Dorothy Roberts in Valdosta, Georgia.
He grew up in Hudson Dockett and attended elementary school at Pinevale Elementary, and later transferred to Valdosta Jr. High School.
At a early age he started working and he was employed at Pinevale Youth Center for ten years. Then he had a career change to Valdosta Country Club for nineteen years. Afterwards, he would help friends and neighbors doing odd jobs.
In 2024 he joined Agape Christian Church under the leadership of Pastor Keith Hall.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Wesley Johnny Roberts, and his sister Freddie Mae Roberts.
Albert Roberts leaves to mourn his ex-wife Doris Christopher Roberts and two loving step children Owen Jeffery Anderson and Amanda Nicole Christopher.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his brother and family Horace Roberts, Jr. and wife Debra Roberts, and his children: Franchet Crosby Brandon Roberts and Candace Roberts.
His oldest sister and family Velma Jean Roberts and family: Donate Marques Roberts and wife Tanesha Roberts, Jeremy Octavis Roberts and wife Tanesha Roberts.
His youngest sister Wendy Renee Roberts and family Brandon Jay St. Gerard and wife Tericka St.Gerard, Dominic Chavon St. Gerard and wife Jalecia St. Gerard
His decease sister Freddie Mae Roberts children Michael Devon Roberts and wife Alicia Roberts, Domaine Chandon Roberts, Tiffany Monique Moore, and a host of great nieces, nephews, and friends.
Albert will always be remember as a Happy and Merry Man, because he would find anything to smile about.
Home going service for Mr. Albert Roberts will be Saturday, March 29 at 11:00 A.M. at Agape Christian Center Rev. Keith Hall is the pastor, and will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Pallbearer Cemetery. Public viewing will be Friday from 12:00 Noon until 7:00 P. M.

I met Albert about 20 years ago working at a restaurant in Remerton. We always had a good time and I never saw that man with a frown on his face. Albert is a good man and never afraid to get his hands dirty. RIP Albert...you will be missed!
