Ruth Ann Lofton Blizzard, 78, wife of Leonard Blizzard, died Tuesday, January 30, 2024 in New Jersey. She was born August 25, 1945 in Manning, SC. A daughter of the late Nathaniel and Beulah Lemon Lofton.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 224 North Church St., Manning, SC. Burial will follow in the William Chapel Christian Church Cemetery, Manning, SC.
