Preston Alvin Lawson, 64, husband of Fannie Mae Mouzon Lawson, died Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital, Columbia, SC. He was born May 24, 1958 in Summerton, SC. A son of the late Joe Lewis and Robertha Thames Lawson.
Public viewing will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2022, 2 PM til 6 PM at Hayes F. Samuels Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St. Manning, SC.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St. Manning, SC. Burial will follow in Santee AME Church Cemetery, North Santee, SC.
The family is receiving friends at his residence, 1267 Mack Rd. Summerton, SC. Masks are required.
