Public viewing will be held from 11:00 AM til 3:00 PM Monday, May 27, 2024 at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St. Manning, SC.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St. Manning, SC. Burial will follow in Clarendon Memorial Gardens, Manning, SC.
