Public viewing will be held 2:00 PM til 6:00 PM Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning, SC.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Historic Liberty Hill AME Church, Summerton, SC.
