To everything there is a season…on May 27, 1979, at 4:27 p.m., Marecus DeAngelo Wainwright graced the world with his presence greeted by his proud & adoring parents, James and Shirley Wainwright, in Memphis, Tennessee.
A healthy, bouncing baby boy full of joy and laughter sprinkled with a little shyness, his loving and caring spirit would brighten up any room. Marecus accepted the Lord as his personal Savior and was baptized at the age of 18. Marecus attended Hawkins Mills Elementary, Georgian Hills Middle School and was a proud graduate of Frayser High School, Class of 1997. After graduating high school, Marecus would go on to attend and complete barbering school at Tennessee Technology. Marecus was employed by Myart Underground for a number of years.
On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, Marecus left behind the cares of this world and entered into eternal peace. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
