Born Thursday, March 11, 1971 in Chicago , Illinois, he was the son of the late Isaac Dean and Marlene Smith Smith. He was the husband of Tonja Bowers Hill.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 25, 2022 from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 10:00am both will be held at RS Lewis & Sons 3651 Austin Peay Hwy Memphis, TN 38128

I want to offer my condolences to the family of Douglas "Doug" Hill. Doug and I were co-workers at FedEx Freight and became friends. Doug will be missed as we oftentimes shared a thought about world events along with many laughs while at lunch. Rest in Heaven brother Doug.
