Billy Junior Aldridge was born June 3, 1953, to the late Andy Aldridge Jr., and Jewelean Gladney Aldridge in Eupora, Mississippi. He was called home on September 4, 2023.
Billy confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Parma, Missouri.
Billy served in the Army for several years, and after his Honorable Discharge, he relocated to Houston, Texas, and worked as a Chef on oil rig ships; he loved to cook good food.
Billy enjoyed life with his family and friends. He would go to the corner where his friends were and just sit around and chit-chat with them; he was very comical.
Billy leaves to cherish his precious memories two sisters, Janice Kate Jones (Junior) of Memphis, Tennessee, and Patricia Brooks (James) of Eupora, Mississippi; four nieces, LaVica Edwards of Doha, Qatar, Tabitha Jones of Southaven, Mississippi, Dorothy Cullum of Starkville, Mississippi, and Marion Watson of Eupora, Mississippi; two nephews, Kendrick Stevenson and Davaris Stevenson, both of Eupora, Mississippi; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Billy was preceded in death by his son, Desmond Aldridge, and sister, Mary Porter.
