Antonio Dimitris Oliver, “Tony” was born on July 23, 1959 to Haywood Oliver Jr. and Ruth O. Williams. Antonio attended Memphis City Schools from K-12 grades. He was a graduate of Southside High School class of 1977. While at Southside he was a member of the dance group, called “Lockers.” Antonio love watching sports with his wife, Sarah. His favorite teams were the Detroit Lions and Detroit Pistons and he loved listening to all jazz music like Brian Culbertson.
Antonio departed this life to be present with the Lord on January 13, 2024. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle D. Oliver and father, Haywood Oliver Jr.
Antonio leaves to cherish his memory: a loving wife, Sarah S. Renfro-Oliver; daughter, Dimitria Rochelle Oliver; three bonus daughters, Antoinette M. Taylor, Ashely M. Taylor, and Ashundria M. Jones; one granddaughter, Robyn Cawthon; two bonus grandchildren, Jordan and Jayson Coleman; mother, Ruth O. Williams; one brother, Lawrence (Pamela) Oliver; father and mother-in-law, Billy and Ermazell Renfro; two sisters-in-law, Candice (Melvin) McNeal and Randii Renfro; one nephew, Kenton McNeal; one niece, Taylor McNeal; nine aunts, Juanita Henderson, Carolyn Anderson, Barbara Murphy, all of Memphis, TN, Dorris Agnew of Detroit, MI, Martha (Lawrence) Jones, Janice Twillie, Arlette Strickland, Norma Strickland, all of Memphis, TN, and Carrie Renfro of Bowie, MD; two uncles, Bobby (Donna) Renfro of Memphis, TN and Randy (Georgette) Renfro of Atlanta, GA; and a host of cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends Friday, January 26, 2024 from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Celebration of Life will be Saturday, January 27, 2024 12:00 noon both will be held at RS Lewis & Sons 2944 Walnut Grove Road, Memphis, TN 38111.
