Mr. Warren. L. Davis III was born to Warren L Davis, Jr. and Katie Bowie Davis on February 20, 1937. He received Christ at an early age. He earned his B.S. Degree in Secondary Education from Alabama State University with a major in Mathematics and a Minor in History. He earned his Masters Degree from Tuskegee University in School Administration. He earned his Ed.S. Degree in School Administration from Troy State University. He embodied commitment, dedication, and love in his roles as a husband, father, grandfather, public servant, educator, and administrator. He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife Dr. Tyna DeRamus Davis; Dr. Wartyna Davis, daughter; Dr. Warren L. Davis IV, son; Tyler Davis, grandson; Tyna Davis, granddaughter; Barbara Pearson, sister; Nathaniel Davis, brother; Anthony Davis, brother; Raymond Davis, brother and a host of relatives and friends. Family hour 5pm-7pm Ross Clayton Funeral Home Chapel. Omega Service Phi Bouleβ β Sigma Pi Phi Chapter 6pm-6:30pm. Connecting Links Ceremony 6:30pm-7pm. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 347 N. Ripley St., Montgomery, AL, 36104. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. My condolences to the Davis Family. Weeping may endure for a night ,but Joy comes in the morning. Mr Davis was our assistant principal at Georgia Washington School Mount Meigs,Alabama. He was a great leader and sat a good example for the students and all. I have no regrets of him being our assistant principal. I have very good memories of him and I'm glad to have meet him . Mr. Davis was an awesome leader and administrator. He was my Assistant Principal at Carver High School. The Class of 1973 honors Mr Davis and will forever be grateful for the wonderful impact he had on our lives. ONCE A WOLVERINE, ALWAYS A WOLVERINE!
