Mr. Johnny Warren Mitchell, Sr., a resident of Montgomery, AL., passed away March 17, 2023. A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 12:00 noon in Morning Pilgrim Baptist Church. He is survived by his loving wife, Naomi; two Daughters, Tiffany Mitchell, Montgomery, AL, and Ceyla Jones, Demopolis, AL; two Sons, Johnny Warren, Jr., Oklahoma City, OK, and Travis Williams, South Carolina; three Granddaughters: Kiersten Gavin, Kaisha and Kelsie Williams, all of Montgomery AL; one Brother, Eddie Mitchell, Columbus GA; one Aunt, Betty Kinney, Marion, AL; one Uncle, Johnny (Mary) Kinney, Fort Wayne, IN; seven Sisters-in-law: Rosie Mitchell, Demopolis, AL; Earlene Mitchell, Chesapeake, VA; Sandra Akbar and Carolyn Pennycoke, Los Angeles CA; Wanda (Roderick) Buford, Biloxi, MS; Sonji Woodward and Tonji Cole of Montgomery, AL; two Brothers-in-law: Arthur Woodward, Montgomery, AL; and Rev. Larry Woodward, Perkinston, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
