We are deeply saddened in the the transition of Mr. Lawson. Our family first met Mr. Lawson in the late 90s while he supervised a construction project for my mother. My husband Ronnie years later developed a friendship as well. He was courteous, soft-spoken, and patient. He believed in giving more than receiving. His work was impeccable. He was a Christian man with a heart of gold. We are shocked and devastated in his passing. Dearest Alyssa. We are praying for you. We know you and your father were very close. We're praying for your entire family. Look to the hills from which cometh thy strength. Definitely for all the work Mr. Lawson has done, will always speak for his wonderful integrity..With Deepest Condolences. Love Ronnie and Alnita Peters.
For the Lord himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the Trump of God, and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4: 16-17. To the Lawson Family, know that God's word will not come back to Him void. You will be with your loved one again. Sincerely, the Caffey Family.
To the Lawson family I extend my condolences. Bill Greene, Atlanta, GA.

Forever in our hearts! Gone much too soon. Alvin and his family meant the word to us; his generosity towards the youth at St. John's AME Church was a tremendous blessing when I served as YPD Director. He loved his Church Family and we loved him. I still can't believe he's gone. Heaven has gained an angel.
