A private Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 6, 2020. He is survived by his children, Whitney Ragin, Cindy Ragin, Galvin Ragin, Dexter Ragin and Orlando Dugger; siblings, Eddie James Ragin, Jr. (Almeta), Rudy Ragin, Annette Wallace (Jimmy), Beth Ann Lawson, Felton Lee Ragin(Wesly), Georgie Mae Porter (Arthur), Marcus Ragin, Letitia Askew (Nathaniel), Gale Ragin, Nancy Lynn, Peggy Davis and Annette Lynn; 9 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
