Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 11AM at St. Thomas Family Life Center, 2119 Rowe Ave, Jacksonville, Florida 32208. Ms. Collins' remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Friday, October 20, 2023 from 4-8PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue.
