KELLY - Cynthia Jefferson Kelly a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on September 4, 2020. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 11AM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue. Mrs. Kelly's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Monday, September 14, 2020 from 4-7PM at the CHAPEL.
