Service will be Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Mt. Calvary M. B. Church. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, November 29 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

When I first met MS.Johnnie Fort at dialysis her personality was soft but stern, she said what she meant and meant what she said. I asked her to baby her dialysis access as she and I would take care of it, and she did that I know until I left the clinic. Also, finding out she and my cousin were good friends made our bond stronger. Rest on Ms. Johnnie Fort. Anthony.
