Garrison, Mr. James, a resident of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 1:00PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Gabriel Garrison, officiating.
