A resident of Montgomery, AL departed this life on Friday, February 21, 2020. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 12:00 Noon from Phillips- Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Claude A. Shuford , Officiating. Chief Gaston will lie in state one hour prior to services, Phillips-Riley Funeral Home, Directing.
Public Viewing on Tuesday February 25, 2020 from 2-6pm at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.

Wanted to say thank you for allowing me to care for Mr. Gaston during his recent illness. He had such a sweet spirit and I so enjoyed him... I am thankful God gave me the opportunity to spend time with him. I prayed and believed that God would take care of him and now he is in heaven praising and worshiping the Lord.
