Obituary For Annie Sanders

Sanders, Mrs. Annie, A resident of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Friday, January 5, 2024. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 1:00PM from Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Pastor Bruce Toney, officiating with a burial in churchyard cemetery.

Mrs. Sanders will lie in state on Friday, January 12, 2024 at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home from 1-8PM, and at the church on Saturday one hour prior to services.

NOTICE: Please be mindful that the State of Alabama and the CDC have advised that we limit gatherings and that individuals who are ill and or are at-risk (e.g., elderly, immune-compromised) should be encouraged to stay home. Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and service.

To Sally, Mary Anne, Tyrone and other members of the family I am deeply sorry for the loss of your mother . Ms Annie was very well known in the city of Montgomery as a very professional hair stylist. She did the hair for my mother , myself and all my sisters. I came to enjoy our conversations together anytime I was there in her shop. Ms Anne will be deeply missed!!
