Jesus called, and Brandi Octavia Littles answered on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. She was born on March 27, 1990 in Bennettsville, SC, a daughter of Yolorenda Littles Collins and the late Tony Andre Ray. She was also preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Dorothy and James Lee Campbell, and Thomas Ford; her paternal grandparents, Janie Ray Walls and Lawrence Quick; aunts, Pastor Rosa Vaughn, Carrie Mae Littles David, Kimberly Ford and Trina Furches; uncles, Joshua Littles, Eddie Littles, Daniel Mack and Walter Littles.
Brandi attended the public schools of Lexington, NC and Thomasville, NC, and graduated from Thomasville High School where she participated in the gospel choir, the band, a drum major her senior year, played basketball and softball. After high school, she attended Davidson County Community College and furthered her education at Winston-Salem State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. She was a member of the Red Sea of Sounds, and was one of the banner girls. Fraternally, she was a member of the Theta Upson Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma National Honor Band Sorority, Inc.
Brandi accepted Jesus as a young child and as a teenager. She learned to take notes as the minister delivered sermons and during Bible study. Brandi had a strong love for family, friends and animals. She was very independent and strong willed. She was a leader and would surely figure things out.
She leaves to cherish and celebrate her fond and many memories, her mother, Yolorenda “Wanda” Littles Collins; her stepfather, Gene Collins; four sisters, Raquel Miles, Ieshia Sanders, Jaquanzria Brody, and Saira Ray; four brothers, Randre Allen, Ta’keon Stanton, Trevon Cornwell, and Diane Malik Ray; her step-grandmother, Cherry Jackson; great-grandmother, Edith Brown Townsend; six aunts, Lisa Townsend, Sonia Eubanks (Jeffrey), Debra Walls, Ella Frances Ray, Nikki Christian, Natasha Littles, Tammy Jackson, Cheryl Collins, and Angela Young; six uncles, John Ray (Tonya), Luther Ray (Anita), Dwayne Littles, Charles Ray (Mavis), Sam Wall, and Jeff Wall; eleven great-aunts, Arnetha Peterkin (George), Frances Covington (Bobby), Ella Sue Brockington, Lillian Burns (Larry), Alice Smith, Gwen Roger, Mary Jane Littles and Shirley Littles, Pastor Mildred Brown (Charles), Pastor Laura Isaiah (Larry) and Brenda Lambert (James); four great-uncles, James Littles (Rosa), Rickey Littles, Pastor Lawrence Ford (Brenda) and Pastor Willie Ford, Jr.; twelve nieces and nephews, Christian Allen, Jadun Allen, Jada Cornelius, Aubrey Allen, Ana Allen, Mia Allen, Jeremiah Allen, Jariah Hughes, Skylar Stephenson, Keyona Stanton, Kendra Stanton, and Colin Jay Stanton; her adopted mom, Johnia Callicutt; her godmother, Pastor Sarah Polston; her godfather, Sammy Gallaway; her godson, Adrien Khalil Faulk; her extended family, Skip, Nicole, Gaby, Lulu, and Bo Culler; and a legion of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held Monday, June 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Harvest Church 4915 Guilford College Rd., Greensboro, NC The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Interment will be held, Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Bennettsville, SC.

I am so blessed that i had the pleasure of getting to know you. Your light was bright, your energy was inviting, your smile definitely lit up the room. You were funny, courageous, and smart.
