Mrs. Sarah Saunders of High Point, NC departed this earthly life on, August 7, 2021, at WFBH High Point Medical Center at the age of 97 years old. She was born in Richland, GA., a daughter of the late Mr. Johnny and Mrs. Clifford Bins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Willie Saunders; her daughter, Mrs. Roberta Chadmon; and one grandson, Mr. Wayne Chadmon.
Mrs. Sarah was a loving and caring mother. She loved life and enjoyed her family. She retired from Myrtle Desk Company after 61 years of service. She was a devoted member of First Emmanuel Baptist Church. Mrs. Sarah Saunders will always be remembered with loving thoughts which will always live in our hearts.
Those left to cherish her memories are, her daughter, Mrs. Vanessa (Kenneth) Grace; nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; eighteen great-great-grandchildren; two special cousins, Mrs. Willie Mae Ingram of High Point, NC and Mrs. Pecolia Floyd of Decatur, GA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be held Friday, August 13, 2021 12:00 p.m. at Carolina Biblical Gardens.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.

Mikey is going to have to find someone else to fuss with now, he's been asking about you by the way. Thank you for the laughs, care and love you shared with me. I can actually say my Granny lived her life and attest to that. I haven't forgotten about your candy, just know I got you. We love you Granny and already miss cutting up with you! Your 98 years of wisdom & strength you passed down to us will forever radiate in us & you will always be in our hearts! The memories you left us are many & they will joyously carry us through!! I had The privilege of meeting Mrs Saunders whom I call Grandma to know her was to love her as we did. I really enjoyed spending time with her when me and her Grandson Rodney Chadmon (better Known as Black Boy) went to visit you would see her face light up with Joy when he walked in the room we love and miss you Grandma Tell momma Roberta and Wayne we love and miss them as well Gone but never forgotten.
I had the privilege working with this sweet lady at Myrtle Deus she was a very kind lady always willing to help
