Endris Devone Mills was born October 1, 1977, in Johnston County, NC to the late Mr. William Sylvester Mills Jr. and Carol Vinson Mills. He departed this life on April 11, 2025, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in High Point, NC. Endris was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. William Sylvester Mills Sr., Ms. Mary Elizabeth Mills, Mr. Henry Vinson, Ms. Willie Mae Vinson Sanders; uncle, Mr. Ronnie Mills and best friend, Mr. Derrick Lamont Brown.
Endris was educated in the High Point City Schools and became a proud Bison Alumni graduating from High Point Central High School. Endris attended Shaw University and the International School of Culinary Arts.
He was employed by Future Foam. He enjoyed life to fullest through all he was enduring with his health. Endris loved to dance, smile, cook and have a great time with family and friends.
He leaves to honor his legacy his loving children, Anijia, Jamie, Jocelyn, Joshua and Lendon; special nieces that were his children too, Emonie and Kaleeyah; his mother, Mrs. Carol Vinson Mills of High Point, NC; sister, Ms. Erica Mills; brother, Shante (LeBarbara) Southern; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends to mourn his loss.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 12:30 p.m. at Hallelujah Baptist Church, 2511 Guyer Street. Interment will follow at Floral Garden Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.
