Rosie Lee Mosley Lowe, peacefully transitioned this earthly life on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Moses Cone Hospital. She entered into this life on December 31, 1959 born to the late Hosea and Shirley Payne Mosley. Rosie was a 1978 graduate of Madison-Mayodan High School and resided in Madison, NC the majority of her life. She was employed by Burlington Industries for many years. Rosie's passion and love for children led her to employment in the Rockingham County Schools as a teacher assistant in the afterschool program. After relocating to Greensboro, NC Rosie continued to provide care to a number of young children and worked in Adult Services, transporting the elderly to their various appointments until her health declined. "Hinky" as she was affectionately known; was a marvelous example of love and nothing was more important to her than her children and family. In all that Rosie did, she served the Lord and felt that service to God was parmount. She followed God'd path and served tirelessly at Beulah Baptist Church and Goodwill First Baptist Church. After moving to Greensboro, NC, Rosie became a member of Life Lifters Church, where she had been a member for 21 years and served on various ministries. Her favorite scriptural passage come from 1 Corinthians 13:7: Love tells us to beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things and endureth all things. She loved the Lord with every fiber of her being. She had many talents, but above all she loved making crafts and designing floral arrangements.
She was preceded in death by Hattie Naom "Big Ma" Ziglar, two sisters; Teresa Mosley, Olivia Dehavior M. Dominick and brother, Lee Marvin Mosley. Rosie's humble, meek and loving spirit will continue to bless those encompassed by her love of life: her two daughters; Khyva Burgess (Brian), Rynesha, a dear son-in-law; Earnest Graves, sister; Peggy Lowe of Madison, NC, two brothers; Wayne Payne, Anthony Mosley both of Madison, NC, eight grandchildren; Khyvon, Eyana, Essyence, Eliyah, Briana, two stepgrandsons; Jeremiah and Malachi, uncle; Cassell Payne of Houston, TX, a devoted friend; Maria Hayes Lowe, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends

I remember her beautiful smile and her being so humorous from our School days. Jesus says in John 5:28 29 to not be amazed at this thats sure and sound proof of the Resurrections hope and it is a sure promise that Jesus talks about. I look forward in seeing Rosie again because of this hope. Rest in peace until then sweetie, Much love to the Family. Sincerely Annette Brown (Lockhemer).

I am certainly going to miss Ms.Rosie. I will miss her beautiful smile, her calm voice, and her quiet demeanor. I was almost envious of the relationship she had with her daughters and her grandchildren. She was an amazing mom and a wonderful grandmother. When I think of an example of a wonderful mother-daughter friendship I think of Miss Rosie and her girls. She always had a kind word on her lips. Rest in glory Ms. Rosie. You were loved and you will be missed.
