Christopher George Broadnax, 52 of Eden, NC passed Friday, January 31, 2025. Public viewing will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Perry-Spencer Funeral Home, Eden, NC. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 6, 2025, at Perry-Spencer Funeral Home, Eden, NC with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Mr. Christopher George Broadnax, son of Doris Roberson Broadnax and the late George Broadnax, Sr., was born on January 7, 1983. Following a period of illness, he departed this life on Friday, January 31, 2025.
Christopher was a loving father, son and brother. He was an avid sports lover who loved the Dallas Cowboys and Duke Blue Devils. He had a passion for cars and served many in his community through his passion as a self-employed auto mechanic. He was a friend to many and loved by all who got the privilege to know him. He enjoyed being around his family and friends. He was always playful with nicknames for everyone he met and jokes for days.
In addition to his father, siblings; Kimberly, Kenny, Michael and Jermien, also preceded him in death.
He is survived by his children: Savanna Polanco (Edwin), Jaden Broadnax. His grandchildren, Johnaven, Alayna, Adriel and Jayden. His siblings, Harold, George (Angela), Tyrone (Marva). Aunt Bettie and Walter, Jane, Nancy, Darell as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Chris was a kind young man. Put on a "tough guy" exterior a lot of times until he had checked you out, then his true tender kind heart would show through, mechanic of "the hill" for a lot us old hill boys!
