Pastor Nancy Wilson was the most beautiful woman of god. Her smile radiated the spirit of God and she smiled every time I saw and talked to her. She is now singing in the heavenly choir! Prayer and heartfelt sympathy to Pastor Wilson and her son and family.

Growing up in the rural parts of Montgomery County, as a young boy who had the hands of God on his life I so looked forward every Sunday morning to watching Nancy Wilson on gospel expo. What wonderful memories and inspiration this brings to my life today. The only word that I can think of that would express who this woman of God was. That is ICONIC!!! To her children....what a legacy you been afforded.

My deepest sympathies on the passing of our beloved Pastor Nancy Wilson. My fondest memory was being on gospel expo twice. Once with SWD Choir of the United Holy Church of America and with NC A&T State University Gospel Choir. I would watch "Gospel Expo" often. May the God of grace give you strength.

My prayers for God's comfort and peace are with you, Elder Teddy, Kim, Angie, Isaac, and the rest of the family. Your mother was very instrumental in developing my life of intercession and faith. Pastor Nancy pushed me into praying on purpose and to pressing into the kind of relentless faith to believe that I can have what God says is mine. I will forever love and value Pastor Nancy for her love for Christ, prayer, amd worship! What a mighty gift to the Kingdom will she forever be! I am very grateful that she allowed me to serve her by preparing Sunday dinners! Pastor loved my roasted turkey, greens, and iced tea. From now on, I will think of Pastor Nancy whenever I make and serve them! Stay strong and hold your head up as your loved one would prefer that you only praise, pray, and most of all worship!

Pastor Wilson was a beloved and encouraging sister in Christ as well as a daughter in Zion. She so sowed into others--in fact into multitudes, often without due recognition. She was truly a gift to Christ's body. Her legacy is fixed and her influence will be enduring. As with Abel, though she is departed, she yet speaketh. We look forward to reuniting with her at the King's great coronation.

Pastor Nancy Wilson was anointed and appointed. My friends were members, invited me to New Beginnings Church. I came back numerous times without them and gave my life to christ. Pastor Wilson was an extraordinary inspiration to me for many years singing on the North Carolina Jurisdiction State Choir. She made singing for the Lord easy because she carried such an sweet spirit ministering and directing. She will definitely be missed on this side. Rest in peace my sister.

Pastor Nancy was a huge influence in my life and enhanced my love for choir music. I remember when Gospel Expo started on WPHY channels High Point, I was glued to the TV from beginning to end. I will always cherish the opportunity of singing in the show with Jimmie Thomas and Triad Mads Choir. It was an awesome experience.
