Obituary For Roger Dale Shreve, Jr

Mr. Roger Dale Shreve, Jr., 46, of Louisville, KY died on May 27, 2021 at University of Louisville Hospital.

Mr. Shreve was a native of Louisville and the son of the late Roger (Sr.) and Patricia Shreve. He was a carpet installer by trade.

Survivors include his siblings, Catina Parah, Crystal Dickson Gaines (Kenneth), Sean Shreve (Tina) and Nathan Shreve all of Louisville, KY.

Funeral service will begin at 5 pm on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home.

Visitation is after 2:30 pm also on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home.
