Robert Eugene Freeman

July 22, 1968 - August 23, 2024

Rock Hill, South Carolina - Robert Eugene Freeman, 56, passed away August 23,2024 at Piedmont Medical Center.

The son of the late Carroll Freeman and Virginia Freeman (who passed away 2 days later on August 25, 2024.) He was known for his humor and love of music and playing his guitar.

He was preceded in death by his father Carroll Freeman, brothers Dennis Freeman, Ray "Country" Freeman, and special cousin Mitch Boone.

He is survived by his brother, Jimmy "Freebird" Freeman, sister, Tracee McCraven, both of the home, one son, Dustin Freeman of Rock Hill, SC, one grandson whom he thought the world of Cash Freeman of Memphis TN. And a special friend Jeannie Smith of Rock Hill.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at the American Legion Post 34 on Heckle Blvd. at 4pm.

Special thanks to Piedmont Medical Center staff and Sharing Hope Organization for their generosity during this time. He will live on in others through his special contributions of being an organ donor.
