Mr. John Stevenson, Jr.

I met John through the Kairos prison ministry about 30 years ago and over time came to think of him as a dear friend. He loved Jesus, even when his faith was tested and times were hard, and he loved people. My spirit was always lifted just by talking to him, which we did often. I know he will come to great me in heaven when it is my turn to stand before Christ. May God bless all of his family and friends. John is my brother in Christ, and I will miss him.

My deepest condolences to Thomas's family. I knew Thomas as a child, going to Rock Grove, he a Boy Scout ,me a Girl Scout. I knew his parents loved him because he was so spoiled. His mother was my troop leader and I'd visit her from time to time with my friend, "who I think was related" I didn't know him as an adult, but never forgot him as a child. My sincere condolences to the entire family.

Mr.Thomas Stevenson will be missed dearly, he was raised in the Rock Grove A.M.E. Zion church family,along with his parents Mr. John and Dorothy Stevenson, they were such a loving, beautiful family. We will miss you!
