John transitioned on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 13th, 2023, from 6PM – 8PM at Parker Funeral Home.

Funeral service at 2PM on Wednesday, June 14th, 2023, at Tabernacle AME Zion Church 320 Old Friendship Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina. Reverend Kimmie Nichols, Pastor, Officiate.

Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
