Mrs. Helen Ruth Jeter, age of 71, of 344 Ebenezer Avenue, Rock Hill, SC passed on February 26, 2020 at Piedmont Medical Center.
Family will receive friends at the home.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 6-8 p.m. at Parker Funeral Home.
Funeral service 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at New Convenant Missionary Baptist Church.
Burial at Barber Memorial Cemetery.
Parker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

I met my sister in law in 2011 and from that first meeting I knew she was a free spirit. She did not hold her tongue about anything and what came up came out. She had a great sense of humor and that made me feel very comfortable. I loved that about her. Rip Helen Ruth.
