Elder Claudette Hamilton Harrell, 67, of New Bern died Wednesday April 2, 2025 at SECU Crystal Coast Hospice House.
Her funeral service is 1:00 PM Sunday April 13, 2025 at Mt. Calvary M. B. Church 509 Carroll St. Burial will follow in the Spikes Cemetery.
The only public viewing will be one hour prior to the service Sunday at Mt. Calvary Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Shasmekia Davis (Carl); her siblings, Larry Cox of Fayetteville, Rosa Brown of New Bern, Jeanette Hamilton of Greenville, Elder Arthur Hamilton, III of Maryland, Maxine Foster of New Bern, Arthur Golden of Charlotte and Kenny Boskey of New Bern; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

My heart is heavy for those whom she leaves behind, but Mrs.Claudette has reached the place where she has longed to be. I don't personally know anyone who suffered such grief, but stood strong in their faith like Mrs. Claudette. Your Kinder House family loves you and we will see you again, in Glory.
