Miss Carolyn was an important part of our family for so long. She was so thoughtful and never missed a chance to keep us in delicious pound cakes or check on our Mother. Our Love for her will never fade - The Chesnutt family
Ms. Carolyn was part of my village (from St. Peter πΈππΌβ€). I remember staying with her (babysitter) when mom & I first moved to New Bern. She was definitely no nonsense but had a heart for helping others (you might get fussed at while she was feeding you lol). She meant a lot to both of us and will be missed. Our thoughts & prayers continue for Carla, Marcy, Mary & her family. Love, Christel L. Braswell & Verdie Grimes
It is said that when you cry, you cry alone but that isn't true. The sadness you are feeling is felt by loved ones around you. Our loss here on earth, is the Lord's gain in heaven. May you find comfort in knowing that you're not alone. With Heartfelt Sympathy, Loretta & Floretta Gooding
My sincere condolences to the Roberson family. You are in my prayers. Rev. Esther Cannon
Our deepest sympathy and condolences to you all. We will be keeping you in our prayers. Love you, The Smith Family (Evelyn, Maurice, and Monica)
Marcy and Carla you have my sincere condolences on the loss of your Mom. It did my heart good running into you girls today at the store. Mrs. Carolyn gave us all some good memories but you her family have the most precious. May she rest in peace. My love and prayers to you all. Charlene Washington
I loved her so much. She always talked about her grandchildren and her family. She always spoke of how much she loved them and how proud she was of them. I was one of the techs that took care of her and from the moment I met her, she adopted me and I adopted her. We baked for each other and told stories and jokes. She was very loved and will never be forgotten. I feel so honored to have met her. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers. I know if this is hard on me, the burden is even greater on them. -Christa from New Bern Dialysis
