You are forever in my heart. Rest in peace Uncle Carl. Love always to my entire family, your niece Tammy.
Carl was close to my family and ALWAYS there when we needed him! I remember when I went to the emergency room and I told him where I was and he came! I felt SO blessed and that Jehovah didn't neglect His scared sheep because I had no idea what was wrong with me and it was a serious illness. My love and sincere prayers are with the Davis family. His death is a loss for Trent River congregation and Jones County.
Dante', I was so sorry to hear about the death of your father. Hoping and praying 🙏🏽 you find comfort and understanding during this difficult time. May you find some peace and harmony during your loss. Continue his legacy. Belinda Hill-Brittian
We send sympathy to the Davis family and especially his devoted wife Vera. We learned so much from Carl about our new community and home, Jones County. More than that he was an example of a spiritual man that effectively taught his children and additionally was an example in the congregation as an older man and elder. He was tireless in the Bible preaching and teaching work until his health prevented him. We miss him so much already. JOHN 11:25
To the Carl Davis, Sr Family...We are sending our condolences from Charlotte, NC and Stafford, VA. We are your first-cousin (deceased) Junior Frank's' children. May your precious memories of your beloved husband, dedicated father and grandfather never fade but remain forever in your heart. I pray soon a smile will replace your tears when you hear Carl's name. Carl is a descendant of two Civil War Union Soldiers - both his Great Grandfathers 1) Gaston Davis (captured became Prisoner of War) and 2) John Hill. Carl is standing tall. Your cousin Shrone Franks Wooten and Franklin Wooten, Stafford, VA.
Condolences to the Davis family.

Those we love leave us gifts in the form of memories that no one can take away. Wisdom that we still can recall. Those are the things that we will cherish forever. May the family continue to look to Almighty GOD for comfort during these most stressful times. HE is close to the broken hearted. HE saves those crushed in spirit, Psalms 34:18. My condolences to the family, and all who knew and loved Carl Edward Davis Sr
