Anna Louise Wynn Fisher, 94, of New Bern died Wednesday, April 8, 2020 in Garner, NC.
A walk thru viewing will be held Saturday, April 11, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Oscar's Mortuary, Inc.
Greeting of the family is 10:00 AM -11:00 AM Monday at St. Paul Catholic Church. Due to the Coronavirus regulations the number of people entering the church will be limited. The service will follow at 11:30 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery on the grounds of St. Paul Catholic Church 3005 Country Club Rd.
She is survived by; two sons, Frederick 'Rick' Fisher, Jr. of New Bern and Stephen Earl Fisher of Durham, NC; three daughters, Joan Sidberry of New Bern, NC, Natalie Fisher of Garner, NC and Catherine Sconyers of New Bern, NC one sister, Ernestine Patrick of Philadelphia, PA; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.
Due to the Coronavirus all services are following the Governor's guidelines of 6 ft. apart and a limit of 50 Family members.
May the grace and peace of God our Father continually comfort and strengthen you and your family.
To the family of Mrs.. Anna Fisher I send love and sympathy for your loss. Your mother was a beautiful lady loved and admired by many. She touched many lives over the years that God gave her. Monday night meetings won't be the same(lol) She and my mother shared the same birthday. I guess that made her extra special to me. I will miss her calls . Children you all were so gracious to share your mother with so many. She is truly a 'Virtuous Woman' and she is honored in the gates of heaven. Miss Anna reached out the other day and touched the hand of God. Sorry I could not be with you ,but you are all in my prayer. Let's remember all the joy and love she spread everywhere she went. To the Fisher and Wynn families, these are two families I've known all my life, we all grew up together from the old St Joseph Catholic Church as well as St. Joseph School, this was and still is apart of me just by knowing Ms Fisher, her pleasant smile, her kindness, her gentle nature always warmed my heart when I saw her, I will miss from seeing her in the choir singing the praises of God. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

My favorite memories of Mrs. Anna Fisher were visiting her home. Where she/family always made you feel welcomed and loved. So grateful that God allowed her to touch so many lives through her love and wisdom
