I'm sure I can speak for all of Melody's family here in Canada that we are greatly saddened by her passing.
We knew of Melody since the day she was born. We were so happy when she was able to locate us via the internet. Shortly after that she gave us another pleasant surprise when she informed us that her Son Butch had made arrangements for to fly to Saskatchewan, Canada so she could meet and have a long overdue visit with her Mom Florence's side of the family; the Gilles family. We all a great time getting to know her. Best of all she arrived on her Birthday! Since her visit we have all stayed in contact with her, and learned even more what a kind and giving person she was. We all love you Melody, we will all miss our special American Cousin.
Melody wasjoy and love wrapped in sunshine, talking to her made me feel warm and at peace regardless of the struggle. She is truly loved and forever missed by those left behind.
