The late Mr. Conal Jackson was born November 6, 1965, to the parentage of the late Rushia Jackson Jr. and Altha Lee Jackson. He departed this life on January 19, 2025 in the comfort of his home.
He was preceded in death by his sisters Mrs. Brenda Jackson Mitchell and Mrs. Linda Leola Jackson Hawthorne.
Conal was educated in the Houston County School System and graduated in 1986 from Northside High School.
He began his walk with the Lord at an early age by joining Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Warner Robins, GA where he served faithfully as a Junior Deacon, a member of the Usher Board and sang on the Youth Choir. Conal also played the position of shortstop on the Union Grove Disciples Softball Team.
Conal was a faithful employee at Marble Masters for 4 years. He then worked as an Aircraft Plastic Mechanic on Warner Robins Air Force Base, for 25 years until his retirement in May of 2024.
Conal was well-known for his bowling abilities and earned the nickname “Mr. 300.” In 2012, he was inducted into the Middle Georgia Hall of Fame and in August 2023, he went on to be inducted into the Georgia Hall of Fame.
He leaves to cherished memories three daughters, Amber (Bruce) Robinson, Emerald Keitt, and Vallena Jackson; Eleven grandchildren and one great grandson; Sisters: Elaine (James) Thomas, Venis (Marrione) Glover-Gokah, Jill Pleasant, and Jackie Smith; Brothers: Corey Jackson, Rushia (Marie) Jackson Ill, Lewis Smith (Robin), and Charlie (Nikki) Smith. He also leaves to cherish his devoted partner Ms. Julie Mercado, and 5 bonus children: Kimberly, Jessica, Anthony, Samantha and Karina; Along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
